Designed by Nils Frederking for Ligne Roset the F2 Folding Table is described as a “distinct round table with an ingenious folding system that is both functional and requires minimal space. The top is comprised of three articulated panels available in walnut or gloss white lacquer with a steel chrome frame“. Since the stylish furniture can be easily folded and unfolded, it also allows easy storage and mobility. The 3 sections can be brought together with an easy turn of the top making this an ideal furniture for any home, to bad that the price for this table is very high $2720 !

One of my favorite new finds for modern bathroom furniture and lighting is Pelipal. I really like their various bathroom furniture collections that include high gloss finishes that really look great in a modern setting. The Pelipal collection has "small spaces" in mind and features numerous wall mounted sink stands, vanities, and cabinetry that allows you to create just the right system. Their high gloss lacquered fronts or alternative glass fronts with aluminum frames, add an elegant radiance. Here are a few of the looks from the Pelipal series some of which feature an innovative LED lighting system in the base units.
Modern House with a Concrete and Wood Facade
This modern home by Paul Cha Architect called the C-I House is a 2,000-sq.-ft. getaway from the endless go of city life, located at about two-hour drive north of New York City. The outside design is a simple “box” with a concrete and wood facade. The first floor’s service area consists of a storage closet, powder room and kitchen making function easily accessible – while not too far off is a luxurious Living Room and dining room encased in floor-to-ceiling glass with panoramic views opening onto the sun deck. A two-storey atrium joins the main floor with the private second floor, where a guest bath, master bath and master closet make up the upper service area. In conclusion this simple modern home is a great place where you can come and relax in weekends, especially if you want to escape from the New York City agitation.
The Geekiest Toilet Ever : Souped Up John
What you are going to see in this post is a realistic toilet that was featured under “Cool Inventions” in National Geographic Kids Magazine under the title ‘Souped Up John.’ An ultra pimped out toilet, that is the ultimate in geek bathroom luxury. It features a TV, TiVo, DVD, XBox, laptop, refrigerator, megaphone, Ipod dock and of course the standard toilet paper holder. In conclusion this toilet is equipped with everything you need, so you’ll be able to spend your whole day in your toilet. Now the ultra busy people can be happy because they won’t be missing anything. Finally to keep you even more time in this toilet you also get some exercise pedals in front for when you really need to shake those bowels loose. If you don’t consider yourself sedentary enough then this geeky toilet will help you become one.
The Touch 360 "Ripple" Sink and Faucet
Touch 360 has really added some technology and "a new way to interact with water" with their Ripple Faucet. The faucet was inspired by ripples on the water's surface and creates a strong visual relationship between the user's inter action with it, and with the water flow and temperature. The Ripple has hot and cold channels from which water flows and as the set temperature is changed via the metal ball, the amount of water flowing from each channel adjusts for the illusion the water is mixing for a combined temperature. In reality the water is the same temperature from both sides to prevent the user from being scalded.
