10 Things You Should Know Before Buying an Apartment
After spending some time in renting business you’ll realise that you should stop throwing away money on rent month after month, and buy a house or an apartment. If you are going to buy your first apartment ever, then in this article will show you a checklist of things that you should verify before buying. I’ve made this list because in future I’ll want to buy an apartment for me, and I want to be aware of things that I need to know before buying, avoid unpleasant surprises and of course invest carefully in my future.

Cole Scego Design
Some awsome furniture from Cole Scego.All the colours and the 3D look they have it`s just cool. Cole Scego says that he uses durable materials such as aluminum and steel to construct each piece and applyes a multilayer powder coat finish. Most of the pieces are conceptualized in his head and then simply drawn out on paper with pencil before a final drawing is produced using the computer. After the pieces are fabricated he sandblasts them and then he uses a set of biodegradable cleaning solutions and a chemical seal to prep them for powder coating. Modern Japanese Architecture and Interior Design
Here is a great example of careful space planning combined with modern architecture in the White Sea House in Japan. The Takao Shiotsuka Atelier architect firm designed this home to face the sea which welcomes in the great visuals with expansive windows highlighted by the clean modern interior design and minimalist décor. I really like the simple and stark landscaping used especially the white rock yard. I highly recommend keeping the red wine in the kitchen.
