Grandpiano Bed by Mario Bellini
Grandpiano is new the wonderful bed designed from Mario Bellini for Flou. The bed is characterized from the sinuosa shape that encircles the mattress. Grandpiano habitually incorporates the carried out function from the bedside tables and the benches approached to the bed. In conclusion this bed is a great piece of furniture, because it is not just a bed, it is a bed, with two little tables each side, and a bench that surround the whole mattress. - Via - Elmanco
Menville Traditional Daybed by Manheim-Ruseau
With inspiration from the 19th and 20th century archetypes, designers Jamie Brown and Jeffrey M. Swiggart set out to develop a fine furniture collection for Manheim-Ruseau which borrows from the European movements and encompass styles of Art Deco and intricately carved interpretations of English, French and Italian antiques. One of my favorite pieces from the Revisions collection is the Menville Daybed that features Mahogany with Gilt accents. This day bed looks like one of those pieces that may not get used a lot but it will definitely add a nice touch of class to any traditional interior décor. Modern Wooden Indoor Benches from Jetsetretro Design
Here are two great indoor benches perfect for the modern home. Both of these benches consist of wooden construction combined with a lacquer finish. The first example resembles styling from sushi plates and platters. Called the Mod Sushi, it is constructed of Colorado Aspen. The dichotomy between the light and dark colored wood can help compliment many colors of a modern home. The second example is called the Mod Slat Bench. Inspiration for this design came from the 1950s where mid century influence created designs such as these. Mod Slat is made from one piece maple. Available at: Jetsetretro Design. Log Bowls by Loyal Loot Collective
Remember the Nature v2.01 Chair by Draw me a sheep posted recently? Well, here are Log Bowls to match! The rustic exterior of real bark is sharply contrasted by the sleek, modern and glossy interiors. The bowls come in several vibrant colors and look really cool when several are grouped together.
The real log cut-offs were handmade using only reclaimed trees i.e. trees were not deliberately cut down to make the bowls. Rather, fallen trees or trees which had to removed for building, landscaping and so forth, were the source of the raw material. Each hand made bowl was finished with a water-based an d furniture grade acrylic paint finish. The designer is Doha Chebib from the Loyal Loot Collective which is based in Edmonton, Alberta, Canada.

IT’S JUST SCREAMING FOR A HOTWHEEL, but loope is intended mainly for oh-so-practical adult sensibilities. Made from red oak, a single loope offers seating for two that is not quite intimate yet not quite exposed; high density foam padding keeps tushes comfy. Conceptually several variations have been explored with modularity in mind; we personally would have killed for an endlessly looping tunnel if we were still in grade school.

Method Modular Storage System by Martin Sprouse
Here is another totally different and original furniture design from Martin Sprouse that has a degree of versatility allowing it to adapt to the space you have to fill. The Method modular storage system is an expandable system based on a collection of random sized boxes. Easy to configure hardware allows endless possibilities including "L" shapes to fit in corners. With the ability to attach the boxes vertically and horizontally, the space in between becomes as valuable as the boxes themselves. Solid Walnut H 36" x W 204" x D 12" as shown. The Bookcase Bed
After I’ve just presented this sofa bed, here is another interesting piece of multi functional furniture. A bookcase that transforms into a bed. A mattress stands upright in four bits and forms the bulk of the bookcase. These surround five storage shelves which are suspended in mid-air by a wall mounted frame. The mattress sections are placed on the floor and slot together to form the bed with two parts for a single, or all four to make a double. I’m sure that a lot of people who played tertis might smile when see this idea. The bookcase/bed combination works together to help maximize space and give your walls a little extra pop of color. In conclusion this idea looks awesome, and the only problem I see is the time you’ll need to make up your bed every morning. This concept is designed by Karen Babel is made for those who need a larger space in their small room.
New Storage Cabinets from M2L Collection
Legnomobile is a new line of storage cabinets offered by M2L Collection. Alfredo Haberli was the designer behind this inspiration. Each design consists of two elements resting on a bench with polished feet. There is a combination of colors including white, wenge, and acid green. I like the combination of colors and the way the two elements "stack" up upon the bench. For me it creates a different look than most storage cabinets where it is one long connected piece along its width. More information: here.
