Modern Shower Design : Sensamare Shower by Hoesch
Sensamare shower is a beautiful Italian design that was designed by Professor Gunther Horntrich. As you can see from the pictures attached below the the Sensamare shower combines the modern with the traditional in a highly elegant way. For this design Professor Gunther Horntrich used patented Hoesch Everclean glass to reduce limestone and water deposits for a clearer look. Inside the Sensamare shower you can see that is installed a reclining shower bench that is built to last and stay looking vibrant. This is truly an impressive Lake House set in Como, Italy. Designed by architect Marco Castelletti, the building incorporates a mix between the vertical design and the horizontal structure. The modern home is built on the slope of a hill with stairs leading up to the top, has an entrance hall that leads to the main hall which faces the lake and houses the living areas and bedrooms. Most Expensive Real Estate in the US
In the real estate world from US there is a new record for the most expensive property on the market in the US today. This house is on the market for $165 million, and for this huge sum of money you get - 6.5 acres of land that include four houses, an apartment and a cottage for the security staff. The stats here are dazzling: three separate pools, 29 bedrooms, a movie theater and a disco (the main house has just nine bedrooms). The home was built in 1927 for banker Milton Getz and designed by Gordon Kaufmann. Hearst bought for $120,000 in 1947. The LA times reports that the home is currently owned by attorney-investor Leonard M. Ross, who is looking for a “lifestyle change.” Ross bought the home in 1976.
If you had acted fast 20 years ago, when the home was briefly on the market, you could have picked this place up for $25 million. As Curbed LA mentioned the home has been in several movies including The Godfather, The Jerk and The Bodyguard.

Single Hauz by Front Architects
I’ve found this project - Single Hauz by Front Architects a few days ago but I wans’t sure if I should post about this project. Finally to many people told me about this project and I’ve saw so much buzz about this project and I’ve decided to post. As you can see from these pictures the Single Hauz is an interesting house project that looks like a billboard that you can live in. Basically the design makes it easy to balance on top of a pole, which can be driven into a lake, sea, or the side of a mountain. Basically anywhere you have space you can put one of these houses. The design is beautiful, but from an infrastructural perspective this project is a nightmare (electricity, water, garbage, .. ), but who knows maybe this project will be improved. - Via - bldgblog
